What is a reverse classroom?

In the reverse classroom, every participant is welcome to work on their own topics. The trainers (all of us) help you identify topics that you can work on independently. By asking questions, watching videos, or simply trying things out for yourself. You can work on a topic like this for a week or even six months. It depends entirely on the topic and how deeply you want to delve into it.

Do I have to prepare my own topic?

You definitely do not have to prepare your own topic. The trainer will always prepare a topic and teach it as usual or conduct it as games. You can then decide whether you want to cover your own topic or the coaches topic.

Target audience:

Minimum blue belt or 24 months training experience or by invitation.

What is a reverse games room?

In principle, it is the same as a reverse classroom. The only difference is that participants are explicitly encouraged to try out their own techniques against resistance in a playful (ecological) way. In doing so, each participant can and should learn to determine their own rules of the game (constraints) that help them improve.

Is this a gi or no-gi class?

Both!. The class offers options for gi and no-gi. Depending on the topics you want to cover, you may or may not wear the gi.
